Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "the User", or "you") and Jogjatoto (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the Jogjatoto website located at jogjatoto.cam and all associated services, products, content, tools, and features offered thereon (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

Jogjatoto is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international gaming licensing, providing a range of gambling-related entertainment services including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, lottery, crash games, and associated promotional programmes.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the manner or device through which they access the Platform. Users accessing Jogjatoto from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with Jogjatoto, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable. Jogjatoto complies with internationally recognised minimum age standards for online gambling activities.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Corporate accounts, nominee registrations, or registrations on behalf of another party are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion programme with Jogjatoto or any affiliated operator. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded and attempt to re-register during the exclusion period will have their new account immediately closed.
• You must not have had a previous account with Jogjatoto terminated for violation of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment to the degree that you cannot make informed financial decisions.

Account Registration & KYC

When registering an account with Jogjatoto, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and update this information as necessary to keep it accurate.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Jogjatoto account. The existence of multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

KYC Documentation: Prior to processing a withdrawal request, or at any time at the Company's discretion, you may be required to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e-wallet screenshot, bank statement showing account holder's name)

Jogjatoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. The Company is not liable for any delays to withdrawal processing caused by incomplete, expired, or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Jogjatoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) exclusively. All account balances are denominated in MYR. The following Malaysian payment methods are supported, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the Platform:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

Deposit Policy: All deposits must be funded from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The Company targets the following processing timeframes:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: typically 5–15 minutes following approval
• Direct bank wire: typically 15–60 minutes following approval

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, where KYC verification is pending, or where the Company's security team requires additional review. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Jogjatoto offers a range of promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements which must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• During an active bonus period, maximum single-bet limits apply. Placing a single bet that exceeds the stated maximum (typically MYR 250–500 per round) while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100% per wager; table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the specific bonus terms). Uncleared bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Jogjatoto operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a player has engaged in coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used as part of any commercial arrangement.
• Jogjatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the Jogjatoto Platform are governed by individual game or product rules which are made available within the relevant game or sports betting interface. These general principles apply across all products:

• All bets are placed and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or market are displayed at the time of placing a wager.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform's system, it is final and binding. Players may not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where specifically permitted by the product rules.
• For sports betting markets, Jogjatoto reserves the right to void or suspend markets where a result cannot be determined, where there is clear evidence of match manipulation, or where an obvious pricing error occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, all affected rounds or bets may be voided and stakes returned. Jogjatoto is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• All slot games and live dealer games on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) software or use professional live dealer operations that are independently audited for fairness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round has been completed by the dealer. Disputes relating to live dealer games must be raised within 24 hours of the session in question.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jogjatoto Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or permitting others to use your account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human players
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of identity
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling
• Collusion with other players in poker or any live game to gain unfair advantage over other participants
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such discovery must be reported immediately to our support team; failure to report and exploitation thereof constitutes a breach
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward Jogjatoto staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology

Intellectual Property

All content on the Jogjatoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Jogjatoto", logos, graphics, interface design, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

Game content displayed on the Platform remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers. Jogjatoto does not grant any rights over third-party content beyond what is necessary to deliver the gaming service to registered players.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jogjatoto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether or not caused by factors within the Company's control
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data
• Gambling losses sustained during normal use of the Platform
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or betting market odds
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jogjatoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, security, or accuracy of the Platform. Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.

Responsible Gambling

Jogjatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices for all players, particularly within the Malaysian market. The Company provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may impose voluntary breaks of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which account access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) from the Platform. During exclusion, the account is locked, promotional communications are suspended, and re-registration attempts will be blocked.
• Reality Check Reminders: Session duration notifications to help players keep track of time spent on the Platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination: Jogjatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Receipt of a fraudulent chargeback from a payment provider
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Discovery of duplicate accounts or account sharing
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including both real money and bonus funds. Where no breach has occurred, real money balances will be returned following verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jogjatoto is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the Platform should be directed to Jogjatoto's customer support team in writing, with full supporting details. The Company will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an approved independent dispute resolution body as designated under the Company's gaming licence.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's licensing jurisdiction, and you waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

Jogjatoto reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be amended to reflect the effective date of any changes.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, Jogjatoto will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via registered email or a prominent site notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised agreement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
